Bologna member forms alliance with investment banking firm

Russell Bedford member firm Magagnoli & Associati, Bologna, has signed a partnering agreement with Milan-based investment banking and advisory company Emintad Italy S.r.l. (www.emintad.it). The objective of the agreement is to provide a comprehensive service to SME clients in the areas of business planning, structuring, fundraising, stock exchange listing and corporate turnaround.

SMEs (small and medium-sized enterprises) are often referred to as the backbone of the European economy, being key drivers of growth, employment and innovation. They are, however, often faced with difficulties when it comes to accessing finance. The alliance between Magagnoli & Associati and Emintad has been created to provide a solution to this need.

Serving clients predominantly in the manufacturing and industrial sectors, Magagnoli & Associati provides a broad range of accounting, tax and business consulting services.
