Boon accountants announces merger with Wemmenhove & Pol

Russell Bedford’s Apeldoorn, Netherlands member, Boon Accountants, has announced their merger with Apeldoorn tax consultancy and administration firm Wemmenhove & Pol.

Wemmenhove & Pol has been a familiar and respected firm in Apedoorn for more than 30 years specialising in tax related issues.

As a result of the merger Boon will expand its services into tax matter and administration and as of January 2019 will acquire six of Wemmenhove & Pol’s employees.

Speaking about the news, Boon partner René Rotscheid said: “The acquisition of Wemmenhove & Pol is a fantastic boost for Boon Accountants and cements our position in this region of The Netherlands.
