At Russell Bedford, we understand the importance of employee training and development in support of our member firm's growth and development. To support members with continuing professional education (CPE) and continuing professional development (CPD), we partner with a number of external training organisations to deliver various learning opportunities for our members.

The package comes:

• as part of annual subscription fees
• designed to help keep employees continuously learning and motivated
• with a continuous tracking system, that supports managers in coaching teams and managing accountability
• online, with the ability to be carried out independently; being ideal for individuals working remotely, and allowing members to easily build training and development into their weekly schedule.
