A Fab Four!

This week marks my 4 year anniversary at Russell Bedford International.
I could say - has it really been four years?! But then, I could also say - it seems longer! The latter confirms how familiar I feel with the network and our people; despite the past 12 months (one quarter of that period) not allowing me to travel, visit and meet with any of our firms.
However, this also sends a strong message; that, although physically apart, we never stopped being engaged, with so much activity around the world and having held more than 40 online events since last May.
I could go on about how much the network has progressed in those 4 years; the 50% growth, the 60 new firms, the record-breaking events, new initiatives, enhanced digital profile, the awards... but success should ultimately be measured by happiness. Comments I receive from our members, the amazing feedback for our global family... How people make you feel & how you make THEM feel.
Connected... inspired... motivated!
Firms rarely leave Russell Bedford. And if they do, it’s due to external matters beyond our control.
In my time as CEO, we’ve welcomed more than 2,000 people, adding to our total of now 8,000+ supporting the network worldwide.
A memorable and fabulous four years.
