Just over two years ago I wasn’t sure where I’d be right now. The light is not always easy to see...
Yet; after 51 international trips, visiting 32 countries, across 5 continents, my first 2 years as CEO at Russell Bedford have been incredible!
This month I enter my 3rd year having seen the network rebrand, enhance our profile significantly, recruit 30+ new members, increase revenues by 21% (the 5th highest percentage growth of all global networks, and 2nd in Europe, Middle East & Africa), boost referrals by 35%, hold record-breaking conferences and develop several new services & initiatives.
Whatever your personal experience; the good AND bad define you, and will shape your future. Move on... let success be your revenge... and karma do the rest.
And remember: success means nothing without happiness, enjoyment and supportive people surrounding you who you admire, respect and LIKE!
I’m proud to say I’m very fortunate. These first two years at Russell Bedford have been like a honeymoon period.
But the best is yet to come... Our network is the strongest it’s ever been; the energy of our people around the world is infectious. So... onto the next stage of progress, development and evolution!
