Find the positives in troubled times

When you think of Latin America, you don’t always think of the positives.
Yes, there is political instability, economical crisis, crime, uncertainty... but, to various degrees, this is true of most regions of the world.
Having spent 10 days in South America, I witnessed amazing hospitality, positivity & vibrant ambition. The people are passionate; committed & motivated to be successful. Especially at our fabulous Russell Bedford offices!
I thank our colleagues at Russell Bedford Argentina, Luis Acosta Peche (Peru), Russell Bedford Ecuador & Russell Bedford Colombia. My visits to Buenos Aires, Lima, Quito and Bogotá were memorable not only for the beauty & culture of the cities, but for the PEOPLE.
We are very proud of our firms in this region and it was my privilege to be part of our Managing Partners meeting, where all firms from 18 countries in Latin America were represented.
To provide expert professional services; to be trusted advisors, reliable and empathetic towards clients, you need talented, loyal and dedicated individuals... and I met plenty!
AND... the personal high of my trip was not only the constant praise as to how much we’ve grown & developed in my two years as CEO; but it was everyone saying how excellent my Spanish is!
