(Our Valentine's Day message)
The beauty of an international network is the ability to SHARE.
We share knowledge, experience, challenges, opportunities; we even share people and, on journeys of international expansion, we certainly share clients!
At Russell Bedford, you’re no longer alone. Last year’s ‘taking you further’ day, demonstrates that very point!
I wouldn't say “Love your colleagues on Valentine’s Day” (as that could lead to all sorts of trouble!)
And; it also shouldn’t mean “only love your colleagues TODAY” (... and simply tolerate them for the rest of the year!)
But most of us will actually spend more time each day with our work colleagues than our family/partner. So, we not only need our skills to complement each other, we need to get along; support each other, and (may be not necessarily love) RESPECT each other.
Happy teams are successful teams!
The energy, passion and ambition I have witnessed in (now almost) three years travelling to Russell Bedford offices around the world stems from happy teams, sharing the same core values. These values are portrayed through our brand and replicated throughout our offices globally.
