Russell Bedford appoints new member firm in Chile

Global professional services network, Russell Bedford International, has announced the appointment of Asesoría y Consultoría Integral S.A. (“Addval”) as its new member firm in Santiago, Chile. 

Addval was founded in 2005, initially as an accounting and payroll services provider. The firm has since grown considerably, adding new service lines such as tax consulting, transfer pricing, financial auditing and business advisory services, including corporate finance. 

Today the firm comprises six partners, several senior managers, and has a total of more than 85 personnel based in its office in Santiago. The team includes specialists in accounting, tax compliance, auditing, financial control, payroll, and back office services in the areas of HR and IT. 

Addval has a diverse portfolio of more than 200 clients in sectors such as real estate, construction, energy, financial services, investment funds, insurance, healthcare and retail. The firm services many overseas businesses and several publicly listed companies.
