Russell Bedford International Celebrates Taking You Further Day 2025

On 3 December 2025, Russell Bedford International celebrated its 7th annual taking you further day - a day where members across the network come together to celebrate our core values of Connectivity, Collaboration, Positive Impact, and Excellence.

To commemorate the day, our member firms from around the world organised various initiatives ranging from team-building activities to supporting charitable causes.

The Russell Bedford International Central Office kicked off the festivities with a gathering with our London member firm Lubbock fine where staff enjoyed a selection of drinks and snacks.

The celebrations culminated in our Virtual Party where members from around the world gathered to share their experiences and highlight their activities from the day.

Highlights from the Virtual Party

• Lubbock Fine, London
  Stephen Banks kicked off the presentations, sharing highlights from their summer away day in June and charity quiz night in October as well as their planned initiatives for 2026.

• Russell Bedford Queretaro
  Roberto Cruz, Partner at the firm, presented a video showcasing their donation to a community that establishes benefits for people living in poverty.

• Russell Bedford SBR, Jakarta
  Fitriah, team member at the firm, presented a video of their team activity consisting of various games to strengthen team spirit and collaboration.

• Russell Bedford Brasil
  Julia Marinho, Marketing Manager at the firm, shared a video of their special Christmas project focused on kindness, solidarity and making a positive impact.

• M.F. Padernal & Co., Philippines
  M.F. Padernal & Co. also sent through a video about their team activity which consisted of a game of archery, table tennis, bowling and a final dinner to celebrate.

• Russell Bedford Mexico
  Odaliss Huerta, Marketing Assistant at the firm, presented a highlights video of various initiatives held throughout the year. Odaliss highlighted one activity in particular, a blood donation campaign that helped save up to 60 lives.

• IPPC Group, India
  Maneet Pal Singh, Partner at the firm, presented a video of their green planting initiative led by the young team members. This was an important step towards cleaner air and a healthier community. The video also showed the firm celebrating their annual party as well as other festivals.

• Russell Bedford Uruguay
  Valentina and Bruno, team members from the firm, presented their activity which was supporting a community that helped people experiencing homelessness. This involved donating food, clothes, toys and books.

• FINCAP Advisers, Cyprus
  FINCAP Advisers, our member firm in Limassol, also sent through a video about their support and visit to a dog shelter. It was an amazing opportunity for colleagues to bond with each other and their families.

• Russell Bedford Guadalajara
  Russell Bedford Guadalajara presented a slideshow, showcasing their celebration of ‘Dia de Muertos’, a day to celebrate Mexican cuture and heritage. They also supported the ‘Pedacito de Cielo foundation’ by donating milk to make desserts and help raise funds for kids, and conducted eye exams for staff with added discounts.

• El Maguiri & Associés, Morocco
  Soumia Benali, Manager, and team members at El Maguiri & Associés, also presented a video of their team activity and celebration.

• Cray, Kaiser Ltd, USA
  Our member firm in Chicago, USA, sent through a slideshow of various activities held throughout the year from donations, lunches, spa days and firm celebrations.

• RRC CPA Group, PSC, Puerto Rico
  Team members from our member firm in Ponce, Puerto Rico, presented their team activity which supported an institution for children experiencing neglect and abandonment. The firm provided clothes, essentials and monetary support.

• Russell Bedford Ecuador
  Pamela Garcia, team member at our member firm in Quito, presented the firm’s training sessions and workshop surrounding harassment and prevention of violence against women in the workplace. The firm also held a summer closure celebration as part of their team activity.

Following team presentations, the winner of the 2025 taking you further day quiz, which tested our members’ knowledge of the recent news around the network, was revealed. Congratulations to Rebecca Bryant from Lubbock Fine, the quickest person to answer all questions correctly, and win a donation to a charity of her choice.

The virtual party ended with reflections on 2025 as well as our hopes for 2026.
