Russell Bedford welcomes its first member in the Basque Country, Spain

The firm was established in 1985 and is headquartered in San Sebastian. It is a multi-discipline practice providing accounting, tax and consulting services to private clients and to various types of businesses operating both in Spain and abroad.

AGEM Consultores y Auditores, S.L. is led by Asier Ilzarbe Vergara, a registered auditor and public accountant who is a member of the Instituto de Censores Jurados de Cuentas de España and of the Colegio Vasco de Economistas. Asier has more than 20 years of professional experience. In addition to Asier, the management team comprises three more partners: Nerea Bengoa Arzac and Eider Ibarzabal Barrenechea – both also members of the Instituto de Censores Jurados de Cuentas de España and of the Colegio Vasco de Economistas – and Jonathan Felgueroso Conde, a lawyer and member of the Ilustre Colegio de Abogados de Guipúzcoa.

The firm’s clients operate in a variety of sectors, including manufacturing, transportation, automobile repair and sales, non-profit organisations, and sports organisations.

AGEM Consultores y Auditores, S.L. has also become a member of Grupo Español Russell Bedford – a national network of accounting and audit firms with member firms in the key cities in Spain.
