Studio Corno celebrates its 70th anniversary

Russell Bedford’s Milan member, Studio Corno, celebrated its 70th anniversary with a spectacular event at the magnificent 19th Century Villa Antona Traversi in Meda, Italy on Tuesday, 4 December 2018.

Clients, partners, employees and associates of Studio Corno congregated at the unique venue, which was once a monastery, near Milan, in celebration of this enormous milestone for the firm.

Founded in 1948 by Giacomo Corno, the father of partners Fabio and Giorgio Corno, Studio Corno began offering traditional management consulting services to small and medium-sized companies in the industrialised Milan-Brianza area in northern Italy. Over the years, the firm expanded its scope of activities, fields of expertise and the range of services offered, becoming a multidisciplinary accounting, legal and business consulting practice with a strong emphasis on assisting its clients with expanding their businesses globally.

Speaking at the celebration dinner Professor Fabio Corno said: "With this evening we want to remember the story and pay tribute to our father, a great visionary and founder of Studio Corno. Along with our mother, he transmitted the values that still guide us today. As we move into the next phase of our business, we will continue to innovate – also through open innovation with young start-ups - and develop Studio Corno to ensure that the firm anticipates our clients’ needs for the next 30 years and beyond. Consistently with our roots, we intend to remain ‘creators of dreams’.”

Together with this celebration, in 2018 Studio Corno also celebrates 25 years of activity of its law-firm, led by Giorgio Corno, as well as 40 years of entrepreneurial training and management development services: a great activity, which certifies its inherent vocation towards a holistic and forward-looking view of its clients’ needs.

Representing Russell Bedford International at the event were Luca Borella of Bologna member Magagnoli & Associati and Daniela Jochmann-Markus and Klaus-Peter Hillebrand of Berlin member, Domus AG.
