It’s all about people!

I’ve now been in my role for 20 months and what I love is meeting the people; presenting to teams at our member firms, getting to know them and assisting with connectivity for internationally expanding clients.
With so much hostility in the world, people fighting for political, economical, religious motives, and in most cases purely based on self-interest; it is great to connect people and see humanity helping each other.
Before my current role, I witnessed the weakness in people and how those of whom you often think highly can stoop so low at a time when they are tested the most. This did not deter me from believing in people and in the past 20 months I have met some amazing individuals, who together make up the fantastic Russell Bedford network.
