Shiny Happy People...

Most of life is spent at work; and that basically means, if you want a happy life, you need to be happy in your work.
Last Friday, we held our very first ‘taking you further’ day; for our people around the world to show what it means to them to be part of our network. We set aside one special day to focus on promoting our core values, to gather all our people together, and celebrate our recent successes!
I have to say it was an INCREDIBLE day!!
To be honest, I wasn’t quite sure how it would go.
But WOW... even I underestimated the energy & genuine passion of our people throughout all regions across the globe.
PLUS, an impressive number of firms held events for noble charitable causes; which included helping deprived children in Africa & South America, preparing meals for the homeless, initiatives relating to the well-being of people, combatting mental health issues, and caring for abandoned dogs in the Middle East.
Social media exploded showing highlights from activities at Russell Bedford offices across all regions, demonstrating clear engagement from extremely happy groups of people, proud of their work and very proud to promote their relationship with this network... which, in turn, makes ME very proud, very happy and, quite frankly, somewhat overwhelmed!
