Russell Bedford appoints new member in Tokyo

Russell Bedford International has announced the appointment of Shinsei International Tax Co. as the global professional services network’s member in Tokyo, Japan.

Based in a major commercial and administrative district of Tokyo, Shinsei International Tax Co. is led by a management team with backgrounds in various Big-4 firms and the Japanese National Tax Agency. 

Established in 2011, the firm has a strong focus on tax and transfer pricing and supporting clients’ global activities in the areas of international tax, financial matters and accounting.

Shinsei’s services include tax filings for small businesses, start-ups, individuals and families, and support for clients facing tax inspections/audits. The firm also provides support for international corporate M&A and reorganisation, transfer pricing reviews and documentation, and cross-border asset reporting and inheritance tax planning.
