Russell Bedford International Sponsors Cheerleading Squad in UCA All Star National Championship 2026.

As part of taking you further day 2025, Russell Bedford International is pleased to announce its support for local UK cheerleading club Sapphire Elite’s ‘Spellbound’ Cheer Squad as they prepare to compete at the UCA All Star National Championship in Florida, USA in March 2026.

Cheerleading is one of the fastest-growing sports in the world — combining gymnastics, acrobatics, jumps, and dance into high-energy routines that are full of skill, teamwork, and sparkle. It is a sport that captures the spirit of dedication, collaboration, and determination — values we proudly share at Russell Bedford.

Over the years, Sapphire Elite has gone from strength to strength, competing at regional, national, and international levels. Their passionate coaches and supportive community inspire athletes to reach their goals — both on and off the mat.

Following their recent success in June at the Varsity Europe Summer All-Level Championship in Düsseldorf where they took home silver, they are now setting their sights on an exciting new chapter as they head to the USA stage.

The daughter of Russell Bedford’s central office colleague, Gemma Benson has been a committed member of the club since 2016 and will be part of the team representing Sapphire Elite in Florida.

We are therefore proud to stand behind her team which embodies excellence, teamwork, and ambition - and we cannot wait to cheer them on as they represent their country at the 2026 championships!
