This session will focus on the importance of promoting diversity, equality & inclusion (DEI) within the organisation.

It will explore the powerful ways to take REAL action on DEI in the workplace and why employees' perspectives, experiences and feedback should be taken into consideration when making decisions related to DEI.

We will also discuss why organisations need strategies to ensure that their DEI initiatives avoid common mistakes and are solid and sustainable.

Led by Soumia Benali, Manager at El Maguiri & Associés and co-leader of the Russell Bedford International ESG Centre of Excellence.
